I don't believe 9News is being Sarcastic! But sources say (9News has had enough and has allowed everyone to make things run smoothly in Denver, but it's starting to affect the bottom line. These folks work off of Advertising! When there is no Sales Tax, big media have no choice but to take questionable advertiser accounts. And to be non-political, you can't be biased; you have to take money from all clients. How is that a bad thing??? - DD
Denver Mayor Mike Johnston, the ideology of Debt over Sales Tax Revenues—government over the Citizens of Denver. The government appears to be committed to the betterment of our communities. However, business owners are taking life-saving measures to save their businesses from closing. As the mayor and other elected officials, along with the media, we wish to extend our best wishes to the business owners whom we attracted 20 years ago, and we hope they have a happy new beginning. Now the merry-go-round will stop, and all new business owners from other cities are trying to escape the crime-ridden areas they flee. AI Overview by Durango Dank

Tid Bits of Thought by an Educated Man, but not in writing: All Denver City Council members receive a salary of $100,000 per year. And not one has ever made that much guaranteed money in their lives. And good for them! This proves you can do whatever you want. And use your race, gender, etc, to get jobs that you would not typically get based on merit and ability; it's America's way to receive things you don't deserve. Who wants that??? Oh, I only got this job because I was seen through. However, these individuals all think alike, and they do nothing in our city but give away free stuff to voters, ensuring they have nothing and nothing to look forward to because of the big evil oligarchy taking all your money. My question is what money??? They take over where their parents left off. Their money comes from food stamps and EBT cards. They can go to 711 and buy the junk food their parents let them eat. And now they go home and play video games longer than they are on TikTok. Watch Cable TV and all those drug commercials already priming them for the medication they will need to stay alive. I have indexed Denver for 19 years. My three children attended Denver Public Schools. I love most of my children's teachers, but it was the administrators who were a ship of fools. If I were the Mayor, our teachers would be making 30% more, and have at least one teacher's assistant. The administrators would receive a 35% raise solely for handling all the parent and administrative duties. My high school had 4,000 students.
